Over time, food residue in your dogs digestive tract can build up and cause not only discomfort but a slow-moving digestive system. As your dog is unable to digest the fur on these treats, it will help by brushing its way through the digestive tract to clear away the food residue. By cleaning the digestive tract, your dog can absorb more nutrients from their food.

The fur is classed as a source of fibre in your dogs diet. For your dog to naturally express their anal glands, they need their poo to be firm. The fur will bulk up your dogs poo, enough that it will press against their anal glands but not enough to cause constipation.

This treat box is suitable for dogs over the age of 12 weeks old.

Please ensure that you always supervise your dog when they are enjoying a tasty chew or playing with a new toy. Always have fresh water available.

We do not recommend hard chews for dogs who have a habit or history of eating treats in their entirety.

If any of the treats are unavailable, we will substitute for another treat of the same protein & value.
